ORDER PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (unless stated otherwise)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Free shipping on orders over $125, use discount code Freeshipping at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

At this stage, due to Covid-19 restrictions we are not shipping overseas, however, if you would like to arrange for certain items to be shipped please send as a message, and we can see what we can do for you.

However, Hadiya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We have a few options for shipping. Usually we aim to send the items out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number(s) when your order has been shipped by us. Usually the order arrives within 2-3 working days.

 Hadiya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
